The Fredericksburg City Council has approved an agreement that will lead to the design of major changes to Gateway Boulevard. The plan is to extend Gateway Boulevard across Rt 3, between Bob Evans and Wendy’s, and link it with Cowan Blvd. Also in the plan is a 10-foot multi-use path and a sidewalk. This change would also make the surrounding land an attractive location for the proposed VA clinic.

Glad this finally came into fruition. It’s amazing what Fredericksburg has accomplished in regards to the expansion of 95 near route 3. That makes it easier for my work commute for my carpet cleaning business https://fredericksburg-carpetcleaning.com . It used to be horrible in the summer time. But at least now it’s a little bit better! The construction done at route 17 is much better now too.
